As first time home buyers, the entire house searching / buying process is quite intimidating, especially in an aggressive market like San Diego, but having Shayna as our agent truly eased a lot of the stress (or at least as much as possible for being such a huge purchase). From the day we met Shayna randomly at an open house to even after we closed, she was outstanding. Her primary focus was very clearly us; she took the time to explain each step of the process and various nuances, she never pressured us to make a decision or sway us one way or the other, she was AMAZINGLY responsive and ALWAYS available for a call or to meet up impromptu to show a house that all of a sudden popped up on listings, and she was persistent in her communications with each listing agent / relaying to us so we were as informed as possible. Shayna even helped push through & coordinate some repairs she negotiated the seller to agree to, just to ensure everything got done on the time table (< 21 day close) we wanted despite facing the unexpected rainy season that this winter brought us!! For us Shayna was absolutely the right fit, and from what I can tell by her personality, I'm certain she'd be a good fit for a lot of other people in the market as well. So, if you're looking for a realtor, take it from me, Shayna comes HIGHLY recommended.
